
Absentee Ballots
Regular Absentee
Voting
Anyone may choose to vote by mail. You can request an
absentee ballot as early as 60 days prior to an election and
ballots are mailed out beginning on the 29th day before an
election.
Permanent Absentee Voting
Any voter may qualify for
ABSENTEE VOTER STATUS. Please call the Registrar of Voters for
further information.
Emergency Absentee Voting
If, during the final 7 days
prior to an election, a voter becomes ill or disabled for any
reason, or finds that they will be away from the polls on election
day, the voter may vote at the Registrar of Voters in person, or request in a
written statement, signed under penalty of perjury, that a ballot
be delivered to the voter.
Saturday Voting
Saturday and Sunday voting may be offered
before a major statewide election. Please call the Registrar of
